YCAP is pleased to announce that we now offer home delivery services

The Yonkers Community Action Program offers home delivery of groceries to seniors and disabled individuals. In order to qualify for this free service, you will need to provide documentation, which must be uploaded to our client portal. The application in the portal must also be completed.

In order to qualify, you will need to upload the following documents into our portal – https://s13.cap60.com/kioskv3/Home/SetDBName/capYonkersNY

  • Identification – Acceptable forms of ID are (1) NYS Non-Driver’s ID or NYS Driver’s License; OR (2) NYS State Benefit Card with photo AND proof of address (Cable or ConEdison bill)
  • Proof of Income
  • SSA, DDS, SSDI OR Pension Award or Budget Letter
  • Doctor’s Letter of Homebound Health Status

Once the application is completed and all documentation has been received and reviewed, we will contact you with the next steps.
